If you prefer, your original Jauch movement may be repaired. Visit us at Dakota Clock Repair for more information.
Due to lack of part availability, some Jauch’s are not repairable. For those that are, the advantage of repairing is maintenance of the original movement and case, resulting in higher value retention. On the other hand, the cost of repair is likely greater than replacement. Also, a replacement movement is easier to upgrade and obtain new parts for.
Our downloadable PDF chart contains information to convert the Jauch code on your existing movement to the appropriate Hermle replacement kit model number.
The fool-proof way to find the precise replacement movement kit for your grandmother, grandfather, wall or mantle clock is to answer “The Big Four.”
